| team at the IIHF World Championships.Jim has been organizing tours for the past 15 years bringing US teams to Europe and Irish and French teams to the United States. He has worked with college hockey teams from Williams, Tufts, Utica College, Hobart College and Castleton State College. Having lived in Europe for the last 25 years, Jim has developed deep contacts with teams and coaches throughout Europe. He is often approached by players looking for teams in Europe. His knowledge of the teams and the different levels allows him to ensure a good match between player and team; he has placed players in France, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy and Ireland. The staff of the Select Team will rely upon Jim's extensive knowledge and experience in the selection of European teams that will challenge the Select Team. Jim promises very competitive games with the Select Team playing against some of the best teams in France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Germany, including possible games with a couple of the national teams, depending on availability. In addition to a great hockey experience and atmosphere (spectator numbers are estimated to be around 2000 for most games) Jim says the team can expect a wonderful overall tour with sightseeing in beautiful and historic locations including Olympic sites, city centers as well as traditional villages, castles and skiing in the Alps. The team will enjoy quality accommodations, traditional meals of some of the best food available anywhere and a memorable New Year's Eve celebrated in Geneva with special city-planned events and traditional Swiss celebrations. Jim, who currently resides in Gueux, France with wife, Julie and sons, Cole (8) and Luc (6) will take temporary residence with the Select Team offering the best experience possible as he travels and guides the team from touchdown in Geneva to takeoff in Munich. |

| James Tibbetts Chosen As Tour Director New Tour Director Will Improve European Experience April 10, 2009 It was announced today that James Tibbetts has been chosen as the tour director for the ACHA DII Select Team's second European tour. In addition to excellent credentials, Mr. Tibbitts' extensive hockey playing and coaching experience make him an especially suitable tour director for the team. Jim grew up in Charlestown, Massachusetts and attended and played hockey at Trinity- Pawling School and subsequently, for Coach Lou Lamoriello at Providence College in Rhode Island. For the past 25 years, Jim has coached at various times the French U18 and U20 Men's and Women's national teams, assisted the legendary Herb Brooks in coaching France at the Nagano Olympics and currently, is helping with the development of ice hockey in Ireland and coaching the Irish National |
